Good...

...But you messed up a bit. The recorded instruments, especially the bass line, were way off the tempo and didn't really fit in with the calmness of the song.

The song itself was quite repetitive, as it always had the same background, and an absence of main song, making it go nowhere. And that's exactly what it is, since the song ends abruptly in the middle of a phrase.

I really feel the grove, thought, and I see the potential of the song, it's just that you really messed it up with the virtual instruments...

No hard feelings.

eh its ok.. i really only did this one for myself my normal ones i do for here i tempo edit and try my best to keep them synced and in balance. this i thought was in sync but then again i didnt want to fade it out so there for it ends abruptly.

Pretty amazing!

I'm pretty familiar to this style of music, and I must say that I'm pretty impressed! At the begining there I thought it was another one of those songs who's composer thought was jazz, but who had no ressemblance whatsoever with REAL jazz. You proved me wrong when the saxs started.

The only bad thing I could find is that the saxs are a bit off tempo. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! I'll watch the tempo more closely next time. Keep checking back!

Cool but wrong category

I think that it should go more in the misc category or anything resembling more to ragtime than jazz, because jazz has no ressemblance whatsoever with ragtime.

Else than that, the song itself was pretty good.

MattiusCN responds:

Actually, ragtime is a form of jazz.
